Since the world does not believe what we say, should we give up? of course not... remember that They did not reject us, however they rejected God... although i am now feeling very down but we must never be tired of doing good... we must not be overcome by evil but overcome evil with good... In John 15:18-19 says: "If the world hates you, keep in mind that it hated me first. If you belonged to the world, it would love you as it's own. As it is, you do not belong to the world, but i have chosen you out of the world. That is why the world hates you." This verse tells us clearly that even though the world hates us, we are still God's people... We had remove ourselves from the pleasures of the world... But if we still dwell in the worldly pleasures, we though still have the close friends and groups in the world... but who is our best friend? The so-called true friends that is non-believers? NO! They will only live for themselves... however, Jesus is obviously our true friend, as He gave His life for us... If we are not dwelling in the worldly pleasures, it will be good... As who will give us a place in heaven? Our friends? Never... Of course it's Jesus... He chosen us to be His people to spread the gospel... In Colossians 3:5-10 says: " Put to death, therefore, whatever belongs to your earthly nature: sexual immorality, impurity, lust, evil desires and greed, which is idolatry. Because of these, the wrath of God is coming. You used to walk in this ways, in the life you once lived. But now you must rid yourselves of all such things as these: anger, rage, malice, slander, and filthy language from your lips. Do not lie to each other, since you have taken off your old self with its practices and have put on the new self, which is being renewed in knowledge in the image of its Creator." This verse tells us that we are different from the day before we accepted Christ... If we must, we must fall foward, and not backwards... keep this post in mind...
